Litigation 40%

I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in all variety of cases. I have litigated cases throughout Washington -- from Yakima and Ellensburg, to the Tri-Cities and Spokane; as well as Seattle and Tacoma. From fighting small traffic tickets, to multi-million dollar federal cases, to administrative matters. I enjoy trials and I also handle appeals when necessary.

40%
Employment and Labor 20%

Our firm represents many Washington businesses of varying sizes. We assist larger employers with regulatory compliance and general HR issues. We also help smaller employers, emerging businesses, and employees. Employment law is vast and touches many other areas. My past experience includes wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour claims, EEOC charges, and non-competition litigation.

20%
Real Estate 20%

I can help you with Liens, purchase and sale contracts, boundary disputes, zoning problems, construction cases, and just about anything else that concerns real estate.

20%
DUI and DWI 10%

My rates are competitive with, if not lesser than, the rates of other DUI attorneys. While in law school, I worked as a DUI prosecutor. If your case cannot be settled, I will not shy away from taking it to trial.

10%
Personal Injury 10%

If you've been turned down by a personal injury attorney, I'm interested in talking to you. I don't specialize (or limit myself) to personal injury cases, but I handle a few per year and most of those are referrals from other attorneys. Referrals tend to be the more difficult cases, where both liability (fault) and damages (money) are disputed. Separately, I also have significant experience on the defense side, working both for insurance companies and privately-insured businesses.

Couldn't Have Asked for More. Highly Recommend!

Honest, dependable, exceedingly bright, intelligent, reliable predictions and recommendations, superb case law research, tenacious pursuit for a client-oriented result tempered with pragmatism which ultimately prevailed in proving our cause and winning our case with the favorable result and vindicati...on we sought. If we had lost the case my recommendation for Rob would be the same. I don't think anyone can ask for more in their representation. Ours was not a simple process. We felt our position was morally and legally correct and therefore we were not willing to compromise or settle. Rob stuck with us. Our case lasted 6 1/2 years involving lower court and higher court rulings, summary judgments, higher court appeals, poor and mistaken lower court rulings, and ultimately higher court rulings rectifying the lower court errors. Rob's performance throughout was excellent in all venues revealing a thorough mastery of the law and competence in strategic preparation, planning, presentation, and higher court appeal processes.

I could not have been more impressed!

I had a lengthy employment/non-compete case that went to trial and beyond, the other side was relentless...their flashy, big city attorneys tried everything (we won, every step of the way). Rob was always beyond prepared and could counter any attack like a well experienced professional. He does his h...omework and it shows. He also has a gift for crafting clever & logical analogies on the spot.

best lawyer yet

when he took our case he did not try to put a yes we will win spin but laid the facts out, told us we had a good chance of winning and the research he did for the case was phenomenal, he always kept us updated was always ready for court

I rate this firm and Rob Case as Excellent, no need to look any farther for a great attorney

Rob Case is an excellent attorney. I had a case that required a very experienced and reliable attorney. I first drove to Portland and then found a second attorney in Yakima, neither of them seemed to meet my very high expectations. You do not want to be represented in a case by someone who is not ...a top performing attorney. I was very pleased with the results of the case that Rob Case assisted me with. He is calm, educated and can be aggressive when appropriate. He has pretty much predicted what action the opposing side will engage in with, just about one hundred percent accuracy. I would hightly recommend Rob Case and his firm. They are financially trustworthy and do not charge you for expenses that are not incurred. Rob Case, will give your case the time attention and knowledge that is needed or he will be honest if he needs to refer you to another attorney. This review is an honest recommendation from a client who was truly pleased with the services provided. I gave the maximum amount of stars on all catogories because it was earned by Rob Case's hard work and steely determination to win a case.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
