Biography
Tonilynn Savage was born and raised in Washington State. While serving in the U.S. Army, Ms. Savage Completed her undergraduate work in Legal Studies at Kaplan University. With a desire to practice law and help children and families, Ms. Savage earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2016.
Once at Gonzaga, Ms. Savage immediately began distinguishing herself as a leader by working at a level beyond what was expected. During law school she worked in a family law firm and the Elder Law Clinic where she practiced family law and elder law under supervision. She dedicated hundreds of hours to serving the low income population of Spokane, Washington through the Volunteer Lawyers Program. Because of her dedication to service, she was recognized as the Volunteer Law Student of the Year for 2014 and 2016, by the Spokane County Bar Association.
Ms. Savage was admitted to the State Bar of Washington in 2016. She is a knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated advocate for her clients, with a focus on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, custody, child support, division of property, relocation actions, and spousal maintenance (alimony). Ms. Savage especially enjoys sorting out complex issues of law and helping families achieve outcomes that all parties can comfortably live with. During and since graduating from law school, she has assisted on and conducted many successful trials. She enjoys litigation and loves to fight for her clients. She volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyers Program providing pro bono legal advice to those in need.
She resides in Yakima, Washington with her hushand and seven children. She enjoys hiking/walking, camping, watching baseball, and spending time with her six children. Ms. Savage is pleased to advocate for families in the community she grew up in. She believes in a personal and compassionate approach to family law.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Replied last February 10, 2021To prospective clients: For information on consults please contact our office. Potential client consults are $100.00 with our client engagement coordinator or $150.00 to speak with the attorney. The consultation lasts for 30 minutes. The purpose of the consult is to evaluate the case and determine if our office can assist with the matter and issue an amount for the advance fee deposit. Our office does not accept a case, nor reserve trial dates, until a signed fee agreement has been executed and the advance fee deposit has been made. Priority is given in the order of client engagement. We do not accept cases that are closer than 60 days to trial. In the event Ms. Savage is unavailable for a particular trial date there is another attorney in our office.
