We were involved in an accident with an uninsured motorist. Our car was totaled and my wife required hospitalization for injuries sustained as a result of the accident. Both my wife and I spent months of recovery following the accident to regain reasonable mobility from injuries. Since there w...as no insurance on the vehicle that caused the accident, we were unsure how to proceed with our own insurance company to file a claim to recover damages sustained including our personal injuries.
