Excellent Attorney

Emily is one of the most caring and knowledgeable attorneys. Genuine and Accessible

Emily Schwab helped my wife and I with our grandkids. After our first meeting with Emily, we left feeling much more at ease about our situation. She is a skilled attorney in the court room. Highly Recommend for Family Law

I couldn’t ask for a better attorney representing me in my family law case. Emily and her team are so quick to respond to questions and concerns. Always willing to help make sense of the process, and most importantly show compassion. Dealing with a complex family law case has had its major ups and downs, but having an attorney who is confident, and knows what she’s doing has made the process a little less stressful. Emily is an amazing family law attorney who I would recommend to anyone I know.

She’s the best

We had a couple attorneys before hiring Emily, and thank god we found her! She was the first attorney whom we actually felt she cared about our case. Emily and her firm had by far the best communication ( this was a first for us ) everyone responded quickly and promptly which is such a relief when you don’t understand the court system. She is so kind and sweet and we felt so comfortable having her. She worked hard and always communicated everything so we understood what was happening. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who is attentive, hard working for you, cares and has great communication!

Best Lawyer In Town! (Probably in State)

Emily has worked tirelessly on my case for me. She is patient, and straight forward, and stands up for her clients. She's honest and fair and will do the right thing and really work for the good of the children, if any are involved. She has proven to have a good reputation in the courts for having integrity and honesty. I trust her completely with my case and I would recommend her to anyone! I've been totally overwhelmed on my custody case, as it's been unique and strange, but Emily has been a rock and she guides and helps me through all of the crazy paperwork. She's been a total godsend.

Awesome Attorney

We have been through the ringer the last seven years in the ugliest of divorce and custody matters. Besides the other parent having absolutely no morals and doing anything and everything to benefit themselves, not the children, we also have had to deal with unethical and downright evil attorney’s. We were so happy to be referred to Emily. She has such integrity and intelligence. She is a true breathe of fresh air when it comes to gaining justice for her clients and equality for Father’s rights. Thank you, Emily, and the whole Hull Legal team for your hard work! Amazing Attorney

Emily is an amazing attorney! I hired her to help defend a motion to terminate an anti-harassment order. This hearing was extremely stressful and Emily calmed all my fears and stress. She knew the facts very well and presented them even better to the court. She is very professional and well respected in the court. Don't dare let her age put you off!

Miss Schwab is my family law attorney. After handling a gruesome divorce on my own I decided to shop around for an attorney. I stumbled upon Emily and I couldn't be happier. This is a woman who goes the distance to make sure all your concerns are met and does so with genuine sincerity. Shes defended and helped me achieve miracles in a court I had almost lost faith in. Myself and my young daughter could not benefit more from anyone else as our court representative.

A tough two years

For two years we have been in and out of court and Today with Emily my fiancé finally won 50/50. Something he has fought for and deserved. Emily is very professional and gave great advice as the direction to follow!! Amazing attorney
