Over the course of legal career spanning over a twenty-nine (29) years so far, my firm shifted from a litigation-focused practice to a (non-litigation) business law practice.  I have represented many start-up companies and seasoned businesses alike, including a digital PR firm, an entertainment industry PR firm, an online media company, a "swag" manufacturing and design company, business executives, a variety of internet companies, insurance brokers, a videography/photography company, entertainment industry support companies, a gaming company, computer programming companies, an online education platform, an e-commerce guitar wholesaler, a national musical instrument manufacturer, an international computer manufacturer, general construction contractors, a limousine company, a record company executive, a "green" energy company, various technology companies, film and TV directors and producers, a car dealership, a yacht brokerage, an architecture firm, a plastic surgeon, a dentist/endodontist, an opthamologist, and even other lawyers.  Most of my clients came to me with their start-up dreams and have remained clients as their businesses have grown.  Some of my clients have been with me for over ten (10) years now.
