Stephanie J Brown

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1988 and then graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire in 2001. After graduating law school, I made my way out west and received my Oregon bar license in 2003. I am licensed in New Hampshire, Oregon, and Washington.

My practice has focused on employment law. More specifically, I help Oregon employees recover their wages, overtime wages, and minimum wages from their current or former employers. I also represent employees whose employers did not timely pay their wages or wrongfully deducted wages from their paychecks. I have represented my clients both in an individual capacity and as large groups in multi-million dollar class action cases. I have worked closely with my law partner, David Schuck, for the several years to assist our clients in recovering money damages, wages, penalty wages, costs, and attorney fees.

When I am not working, I spend most of my time in the mountains and beaches of the Pacific Northwest. I have a passion for adventure and travel that led me to move across the United States to Portland, Oregon and to visit countries in Southeast Asia, Europe and Central America.
