Overall I had great exerience!
Very knowledgeable and professional. Thomas was always on time to represent myself in court as well as really knowing my case so many lawyers that I have seen in action really don't come prepared and leave out ton's of details . He gave me Great legal advice to help fight my case. It was Tough but ...

Well Looking with a friend of mine for a lawyer I Met Mr. Foley and have seen him not only help me but a friend. Mr. Foley know's his stuff I realized that you get what you pay for . I have seen Mr. Foley in action Many times the last year on the court stand.

he never called me back or returned emails
Tom never returned any of my phone calls, he read my emails but never replied to advise me. Several thousand dollars later I hired a new attorney. I did not receive any services or legal advice from him, he ignored me but took my money

Takes the high road...
I witnessed Mr. Foley as he represented a friend of mine in the courtroom. He was clear, concise, professional, knowledgable, respectful and took the high road when the other attorney was clearly trying to manipulate the system. I was VERY impressed and hope to use him if/when needed.
