Thomas Foley was disastrous as my legal representation and charged upwards of $3,000 for absolutely nothing. He talked a great game and was nice at our first meeting beyond that things went down hill fast. He was ill prepared for court and actually hurt my case. He misrepresented me to the judge and... had zero of the case facts. He had to be corrected by the judge on multiple occasions, and was fired after 10 days. I hired another lawyer who was amazing. Thomas Foley is not a good lawyer. He is the bad ones who give the great ones a bad reputation.

My recent experience was amazing! From to moment I gave Mr. Foley my request for assistance he ran with it. I was left relaxed and in responsible and capable hands, when I asked questions he responded immediately and made my mind rest knowing I was in good hands. The case was settled and dismissed....!! I would recommend Tom Foley over and over again, He has definitely earned my respect and I admire his skills in his chosen field. Thank you to Tom Foley and his team.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Thomas was always on time to represent myself in court as well as really knowing my case so many lawyers that I have seen in action really don't come prepared and leave out ton's of details . He gave me Great legal advice to help fight my case. It was Tough but ...he did it ! At the end of the case, he gave me the best advice, Overall great experience and I recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel. The way I found Mr. Foley I went to court for a few days and watched the way he presented himself and I glad I took the time off to see him work other cases.
