Tom Foley was interested at first. Then came the endless requests for replenishing the retainer (with arbitrary charges that were not verifiable). As the case went on he grew more disinterested even letting me know how "weary" he was of my case! I knew I was in trouble and hired another attorney whic...h never bodes well.
