Pacific Defender Law Group is a law firm with vast expertise and experience in defense of all criminal charges. We are familiar and experienced with the criminal justice system, the judges, and the prosecutors throughout the Vancouver and Spokane Washington area. Mr. Sean A. Nicholson is in court every day and have developed excellent working relationships with the judges, court clerks, and prosecutors. We strive to provide our clients with the benefits of our experience, to offer exceptional and personal representation to the clients of Pacific Defender Law Group.
Unlike many Law Firms, we do not contract our cases to outside attorneys or law firms, we handle the cases personally, and do not have inexperienced associates appearing in court. When you trust Pacific Defender Law Group to handle your criminal matter, it is handled in house and personally by Sean A. Nicholson, Esq. and Leslie S. Nicholson, Esq.
Our attorneys have well over fifty years aggregate experience practicing law. We use a team approach on all cases so that multiple attorneys review and have input on all cases. It is important that a team approach be used when dealing with the defense of criminal offenses so that “no stone goes unturned” and you, as the client, receive the benefit of multiple and thorough reviews of your case by experienced attorneys. Our experience has been that most prosecutors are overzealous and regularly overcharge individuals with crimes that are not based on the facts of the case. Do not serve unnecessary jail time, prison time, or pay unnecessary fines because you are not adequately represented. An experienced law firm can and does make a substantial difference.
It is imperative in almost all crimes (especially in DUI and domestic violence cases) that you obtain representation as soon as possible. Give our office a call so we can start working for you immediately; all initial consultations are free. We have experience and will appear in court for you anywhere in or around Vancouver, Washington.

THANK YOU SEAN NICHOLSON!
I was cited for a misdemeanor drug possession, then the DA amended the charges to possession for SALES. AFTER I got clean and straightened out my life. With my record, this could have been devastating. While the case was still pending, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Not only did I stand to ...

Sean saved me
Sean was amazing. He went through almost a year of fighting for us due to the DA's delays and was so patient and kind with what our case was. His dilligence in all of or court appearances didn't faze him. He kept reassuring us of what the best outcome would be and he delivered just as he said he woul...

Cheap but not Really
Flier Lawyer. He was the cheapest; 2.tk for pretrial 5k for trial was he offer for his service. Initial 30 minutes phone consultation / sales was good with empty possibilities. after hiring, the work he put in was next to none: two meetings were held at court; he knew next to nothing about the mat...
I know exactly who this client is and the entire post is simply untrue. I reviewed every aspect of your case and gave you our honest case evaluation and recommendation. I also did not refuse to go to trial. I refused to go to trial on your demand of no time waiver basis, which was not ever part of our agreement, and not at all possible schedule wise. All charges, except Disturbing the Peace were DISMISSED. Court records: 001 - PC422(a)-MISD-Criminal Threats - Dismissal: Negotiated Plea 002 - PC594(b)(2)(a)-MISD-Vandalism Under $400 - Dismissal: Negotiated Plea 003 - PC148(a)(1)-MISD-Resist, Obstruct, Delay Of Peace Officer Or EMT - Dismissal: Negotiated Plea 004 - PC415(2)-MISD-Disturbing The Peace By Loud Noise - Pled Nolo Contendere. It is now over 6 months since we handled your case and you post this utterly false review. Court Records: Defendant advised, understood, and waived: Defendant was advised of and understood Charges and Direct Consequence of Plea Right to Trial by Jury Waived Court Found Plea Knowledgeable,Intelligently Made,Voluntary Defendant stated there is no legal cause why sentence should not now be pronounced. Affidavit of Summary Probation Violation filed Probation Violation Withdrawn and Stricken - Victim does not want to proceed with charges. You allegedly violated probation within two months which is why you are "suffering for my decision", the court records show the truth, the post is simply FALSE. Lastly, you were given all case materials except for the encrypted digital files provided by the D/A's office that could not be copied, as was explained to you repeatedly. Simply put, none of your post is truthful.

Case Dismissed!!
The Nicholson Law Offices are fantastic! My son had a complicated case and was too sick to attend court. Sean Nicholson made it so that Danny didn't have to appear in court. Sean had to appear six times and finally got the case dismissed and he kept us informed throughout the whole ordeal. His pr...
