Professional, and patient.

After being rear-ended twice in a short amount of time, I knew I was over my head with insurance companies, and claims. I was referred to Mr. Michael Beaty and was very anxious about the whole thing. Immediately, though, at the first meeting I started feeling more comfortable. He and his team made ev...erything easy to understand, were patient, and friendly every time. He completely took the stress off of me and made the whole ordeal seem smooth. I'm very happy with the outcome.

Insurance claim

Michael did an excellent job with my accident claim and knows all of what is to be expected when dealing with insurance companies. I had no doubt that I was in good hands and never had to question if Michael and his team were doing their jobs correctly. I contacted Mr. Beaty based upon the recommendation of Yoder Chiropractic. I had previously retained the services of a different lawyer, And after much of nothing happening, I went with Mr. Beaty and his firm. I had no prior experience dealing with an auto accident, However Mr. Beaty made it clear fr...om the initial consult, He was more than capable. He covered everything and then some. The entire staff was incredibly courteous and went the extra mile to make an intolerable situation much better. Mr. Beaty handled the case in a most fastidious manner, He exceeded my expectations on all levels. Professional PIP Attorney – My First Experience Hiring Representation

Since this was my first time hiring an attorney I was a bit nervous about the whole situation, and didn't really know how to proceed. I was in an auto accident that was clearly not my fault, and just wanted to be properly and adequately represented. Michael Beaty was referred to me by a friend as a ...trustworthy person who had integrity. That was a plus. When we first met, Michael was very professional and fact oriented. He explained the process clearly and made sure I understood. I only had to meet with him a couple of times during the whole ordeal, and that was another plus for me, as my time is valuable.
