We had our documentation prepared well in advance and could back up our claims. The office staff was always friendly and courteous. Many times they stayed late or on weekends to prepare documents. They constantly kept me in the loop. Each of them treated my case as if it was the only priority. Many times I was contacted by Mr. Byrd on weekends or Holidays to answer questions or supply materials for the case. I believe the man works 24/7. He is truly dedicated to his clients and his profession. I believe anyone who uses Mr. Byrd will find him easy to work with and most importantly to communicate with in tough matters.
