My ex-partner filed a separation case online, and I was unaware that it had been initiated in Wahkiakum County, despite both of us residing in Seattle. To address this, I retained Walstead Law Firm to assist in transferring the case to King County. Despite numerous discussions with Nicole, my case... failed to progress. The information provided regarding its resolution was vague and lacked transparency. Later, I was informed that the law firm had withdrawn from my case and that Nicole was no longer employed there. However, I later discovered that she remains with Walstead Law Firm, leaving me without guidance or support. I was only able to obtain my records after repeatedly reaching out on my own initiative. The firm's handling of my case was highly unprofessional, as they failed to communicate effectively, provided misleading information, and withheld necessary documentation in a timely manner.
