Currently my practice consists mainly of family law, employment law and general civil litigation. Having worked in Human Resources Management for seven years prior to becoming a lawyer, I understand the complex legal issues in representing workers in wage dispute claims and victims of discrimination, sexual harassment or wrongful termination
Previously I was employed with the US Department of Labor Employee Benefit Security Administration providing information, guidance, and enforcement on rights, benefits and obligations under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
