Highly Recommend
Mark took on my case knowing very little about my industry. He took the time to really understand what was happening and how things actually work. He helped me to understand the legal process and what our next steps needed to be. Our case was dismissed. The person suing me had no grounds to stand on. Exceeded my Expectations
I feel that Mark really did an amazing job with my case. Right away when he had a consultation with me I felt at ease and he really made me feel that everything was going to work out. He and his paralegal prepared a very powerfully-worded demand letter to the insurance company and it worked! We did not have to go through a trial and for that I was very grateful. We were able to settle within about 5-6 months if I remember correctly. Mark or his paralegal were always a phone call or email away and they always kept in touch with me even after I moved 4 hours away. They continued working on my case so I didn't have to find another lawyer. Mark was very good at making sure that I had all of the information I needed before making decisions in regards to my case. I would highly recommend Mark. I really feel that I got the best representation possible for my case.
