Our case is a very sad and tragic one...our daughter and her boyfriend were killed by a drunk driver on 8/9/08 leaving behind their son who turned 1 yr.old eleven days after they were killed. Our case was for non-parental custody of our grandson. Noelle was the second attorney we contacted for help a...nd our only regret was we didn't seek her counsel first. Noelle McLean was a Godsend to me! She helped me get my daughter back after she was taken from me due to my drug addiction. Noelle is a fantastic attorney who knows the law. She will give you realistic expectations. I highly recommend her for any child custody case, especially if things will get a little messy. She is expensive, but she is worth every penny. Also, she is a good person with a good heart. Hard to find ...in a lawyer!

My husband and I hired Noelle to help us with a custody issue. We were very pleased with her representation. She listened to us, returned our calls promptly, communicated well by email, called us regularly to tell us what was going on, informed us the whole way about what to expect and generally di...d a fantastic job all the way around.
