Noelle and her team provided Incredible information that I would have never known. So well versed is Noelle in her area of Divorce Law. I thought I Knew what my settlement was going to be just doing the math myself and I was so wrong. Lot of information was asked of me and took a bit of time and effo...rt to get but in the end I understood why and it was well worth the time and effort. An incredible job by the entire office. Very very sensitive about my situation and non judgmental. The communication was great. I was kept up on all the information passed back and forth. All the information from the other lawyers office about our case was passed on to me in a timely fashion. I have nothing but great things to say for Noelle and her team.

My particular divorce was a long process due to the owning of a business and the delay's from the opposing party but Noelle and her staff were professional and efficient throughout the entire process. What I loved about Noelle was that she gave me realistic expectations that were not emotionally driv...en but practical based on the numbers. She was quick to reach out to her colleague's when unsure of a process due to the nature of the business. She is a confident, well prepared trial lawyer as well which served me well in my case. Noelle truly cares about her clients and strives for a positive outcome in her cases. Although hiring an attorney is expensive, Noelle's priority is her client. Her office staff are very helpful and friendly, and you're greeted with a smile every time you walk through the door. The petitioners' ...attorney in my case was clearly out-gunned by Noelle. Her knowledge, professionalism, and expertise makes for a formidable adversary to anyone. We were faced with a petitioner who attempted to mislead the courts by claiming to have a much smaller income then what he/she actually had and was asking for an outrageous amount of spousal maintenance and attorney fees. We provided documents that completely contradicted their claims and a couple of days later they contacted us asking if we would be willing to settle out of court. We had a couple more stumbling blocks along the way that was due to either the opposing attorney giving bad advice, or his client not following his advice. In the end the petitioner contacted me and asked that we settle out of court prior to our trial; I only ended up with my own attorney fees which is money well spent considering I was looking at over $25000 if I lost. I would definitely hire Noelle again in any family law case.

Initially faced with divorce, I was unsure of whom to talk to. A good friend of mine recommended Noelle McLean and that is how my association... with her started. Upon arrival at Noelle's office for the first time I was greeted by her warm and friendly staff. They worked me into Noelle's schedule quite quickly. During the initial stages of the divorce I interacted with Noelle and the staff on a regular basis. It comforted me to know all that was happening when it happened rather than days afterward. Noelle impressed me with her legal knowledge as well as pointing out things that I had not thought of. When I was represented during legal proceedings, she expressed my point of view well. I appreciate how our discussions were "with me" rather than "at me". This meant a lot to me as I was apprehensive at times. Her sanguine advice allowed me to be more at ease. During the proceedings, I was able to ask questions about the process and receive clear answers. During the whole process, I was treated with kindness and respect by Noelle and her staff. As Noelle was very busy, I interacted with the staff often and found them to be quite proficient.
