Our case is a very sad and tragic one...our daughter and her boyfriend were killed by a drunk driver on 8/9/08 leaving behind their son who turned 1 yr.old eleven days after they were killed. Our case was for non-parental custody of our grandson. Noelle was the second attorney we contacted for help a...nd our only regret was we didn't seek her counsel first. Noelle McLean was a Godsend to me! She helped me get my daughter back after she was taken from me due to my drug addiction. Of course, I had to turn my life around and stay clean and sober (6 1/2 years now), but even after that it was very difficult to get her back.
