I am writing this review in support of Roxana Manesh and the Vern McCray Law Firm. About two months ago, I received an unexpected visit from Child Protective Services (CPS), who wanted to see my 2-year-old daughter. The caseworker conducted a brief visit, during which she observed my interaction w...ith my daughter and assured me that I had nothing to worry about, stating that I was a good father. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of a series of false allegations made by my daughter's mother. A month later, CPS contacted me, stating that they were requesting no visitation rights for me. I was not provided an explanation and was instructed to speak to the CPS caseworker. When I finally reached the caseworker, I discovered that my daughter's mother had lied about the timeline of events and who had custody of my daughter. I was also shown a photo of a bruise that I had never seen in person. Two weeks later, the CPS case was closed as unfounded. However, a week after that, my daughter's mother accused me of sexually assaulting my daughter, using photos of diaper rash to obtain an immediate restraining order against me. She also attempted to modify the parenting plan to prevent me, my two other daughters, and my family from seeing my 2-year-old daughter. Upon a recommendation, I approached Roxana Manesh for help.
