I searched the AVVO website and was pleased to find Mr. Damasiewicz name. I had met Jeff several years ago but did not realize that he was a Real Estate Lawyer. He told me it could take a couple of months for the entire eviction process and that I could expect to spend several thousand dollars if the process actually went to the court hearings. Happy ending...the letter worked and occupants moved out within 4 days. During this process, Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He checked in with me to see how "things" were going and when I had a question he returned all of my phone calls within the day. After we were confident there would be no further need of his services, he processed my billing and called me within a few days to tell me I could pick up the balance from my retainer fee.
