I had tried to handle an eviction on my own and was getting nowhere. It became obvious that I would need some professional help. I searched the AVVO website and was pleased to find Mr. Damasiewicz name. I had met Jeff several years ago but did not realize that he was a Real Estate Lawyer. I calle...d him on a Thursday and explained my situation. We scheduled an appointment the following Monday. I was to bring all of my documents and my agreed upon retainer fee and he would see what he could do to help me out. He told me it could take a couple of months for the entire eviction process and that I could expect to spend several thousand dollars if the process actually went to the court hearings. I left my papers with Jeff while he wrote a letter for me to present to my house occupants. Jeff called me back within a few hours and my letter was ready! Happy ending...the letter worked and occupants moved out within 4 days. During this process, Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He checked in with me to see how "things" were going and when I had a question he returned all of my phone calls within the day. After we were confident there would be no further need of his services, he processed my billing and called me within a few days to tell me I could pick up the balance from my retainer fee. I would highly recommend Mr. Damasiewicz. for any needed Real Estate legal services.
