I am Chief Justice at Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate (South Dakota), Administrative Law Judge with the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Justice with the Nevada Inter-Tribal Court of Appeals, Justice with the Warm Springs Tribe (Oregon), and Judge Pro Tempore with the Nez Perce Tribe (Idaho) and Duckwater Shoshone Tribe (Nevada). Formerly, I was Judge with the Colorado River Indian Tribes (Arizona and California) and Judge with the Duckwater Shoshone Tribe. I am the first-ever Tribal Attorney with the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribes (Nevada and Oregon).
I am a regular instructor at the National Judicial College National Tribal Judicial Center.
I represent several business concerns as well, including recreational marijuana.
