R Randall Harrison

The eldest of four children, Randy Harrison has practiced law since 1979 and is licensed in Oregon and Washington. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oregon. Randy is married and has six children and four grandchildren. His career has included federal, state and tribal court litigation. He has had an active personal injury practice for the last 20 years and has represented clients seeking justice in numerous states.

Randy founded the firm of Harrison, Ladenburg and Schwartz, PLLC, a full service law firm in Tacoma where Randy handled the firm’s personal injury caseload. He has helped clients coordinate financial planning for substantial personal injury settlements. He has also brought actions for wrongful death and on behalf of minors who have claims for personal injuries.

Randy has a commitment to clients who have complex litigation, including product liability and asbestos related cases. Asbestos cases are of major concern to Randy. Asbestos manufacturers and distributors made a concerted effort to hide the dangers of asbestos from the public, while at the same time profiting heavily from the sale and manufacture of harmful asbestos products. An individual is at risk to develop mesothelioma if he or she was exposed to asbestos in the workplace or at home. Mesothelioma is caused by exposure to asbestos and the inhalation of asbestos particles. In most cases, mesothelioma symptoms may not appear in an individual exposed to asbestos until many years after the exposure has occurred. The degree of damage caused by these dangerous products is immeasurable.

Randy is currently Of Counsel at Sadler Ladenburg, LLP, a firm with combined legal experience of over a hundred years of practice. Randy is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice. He is passionate about people and is committed to protecting the rights of injured clients.
