Biography
I worked at labor-intensive jobs for 12 years before I was injured at work in 1994, and went through the worker's comp process myself, including the vocational process and hearings. Following closure of my claim, I enrolled in college full-time, got my bacherler's degree and then my law degree. I wanted to use my personal experience to help others in similar situations.
I am now devoting my practice to 100% personal injury litigation.

Giraffe Award -- Sticks his neck out for veterans!
Mr. Allen successfully forced the Veterans Adminstration to frecognize my rights and benefitsand to provide my medical benefits. It was very tough fighting the government, but Mr. Allen made sure I was informed and truly appreciated my military service.
