In my opinion , you should stay away from this lawyer. He took a few cases of mine. Didn't show up for hearings. Lost my paperwork and left it on a bench and had to have someone bring it to him prior to a hearing. At first refused to show me my criminal discovery. When he did show me my criminal disc...overy , he did it at a hotel room while he was on a date in Seatac the day before my hearing didn't block out names or redact any information in the discovery and took off drinking instead of going over the paperwork with me , I went over it myself and another person not a party of the case named Ben. That is just the tip of the iceberg. He refused to do a motion to withdraw when I fired him. Didn't turn in my recommendations. Drove me down a dirt road in Enclumclaw instead of driving me back to my home after a hearing. He would ask me to hang out outside hours of his representation. So close to filing the biggest bar complaint, you have ever seen in your life. Not to mention , he was mentioning my case to other people without my consent. As well as contacting detectives at the same time of someone that was a party to the case. Detectives thought that was really weird.That was in my criminal discovery. Please , in my opinion , stay away from this guy. He will destroy your case.

Mr. Goldstien was polite, kind and helped me through this difficult situation. I believe there are no harder allegations to fight than false allegations especially when they come from your wife of 32 years and your 31 year old “child”. Ari was a great lawyer and defended me well enabling to retain ac...cess to weapons and the ability to keep my job. He’s a GREAT lawyer! I would recommend him to anyone who needs help when your falsely accused. I can only imagine even if your "guilty" he will do his best to protect your rights as an American. Very highly recommended.
