Teena offers a unique background for short sale and real estate transactions. She is both a great lawyer and a realtor. Teena worked hard to successfully navigate a short sale in which two loans were involved. She was aggressive and determined to pull the sale through despite several set backs and... delays by the second lender. We appreciated her knowledge, drive and determination, willingness to answer questions, honesty, and ability to propel the process forward. We had originally used another law group and there was no consistency in the lawyers and, after 4 months the buyers walked as there was very little progress.
