Roger Madison is an experienced business and family law practitioner, with over twenty years’ experience. 

An honors graduate of both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, Roger has the knowledge, drive and “real world” experience to help you achieve your goals.

 Roger has argued business and family law cases at both the trial and appellate level in Washington.  He has achieved favorable results for his clients in a wide range of family law matters, including:

Roger has founded or co-founded five companies, taking one of them public.  He was honored as the 1996 “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Puget Sound Business Journal and has appeared on CNBC, Dow Jones and other business media. 

Roger has structured numerous financings, from small business startup capital raises of less than $1 million to transactions of over $100 million.  He has successfully represented businesses in a wide range of disputes, from distribution issues to contract matters and more.
