Mr. Kratz has helped me get through a horrible 2 year long battle that's lasted this long because of Covid. He is always about the facts, honest with me, and doesn't allow my ex manipulate the situation. Divorce is scary and can cause nerves and anxiety you didn't know you had and he is always so cal...m. Great person to have on your team when you are going through a life changing event.

Hired to do modification of child support worksheets. He automatically gave my ex a Residential Credit. I took his numbers down to Thurston county family court and ran the same numbers and it was a significant amount. I asked to see the I formation he imputed. Make sure to ask about the other tabs fo...r taxes. This man did not work for my benefit yet for my ex. I think he had a softy for her. At his age, I do not doubt it. Waste of time and energy.

Phil Kratz is OK lawyer, he could be as a brilliant lawyer if he want to, or do nothing for that client. I noticed that Kratz’s office has a very poor administrative service. Phil Kratz was working through my divorce in 2007. In the beginning, he was doing a good job, however later I was started no...ticing that he did not put enough time and effort for my divorce and custody case and I would say he did not care about the result of the case. At that time going through my divorce I did not have clear direction where we are going, what will be next step, for several times I could not reach anyone in his office. His office was sending to me the several copies of a threating motions or responses from other party with no explanation or notes for that. The last drop was for me when I receive the statement and I did not what to do and for about three weeks I could not rich anyone from his office. No responses, no calls back, no e-mails. I felt that I am paying to attorney for nothing and everything I have to do on my own, with no attorney help. I lose a trust for this attorney, and change him.

I hired Mr. Kratz over 10 years ago to establish my child support and custody of my son. I was so grateful he represented me back then, that I hired him again to represent me in another matter. I trust Mr. Kratz completely because he is a straight shooter and I refer everyone I know to him. He is ...worth every penny and to be perfectly honest people that do not use him have spent far more on their attorney. He is the best in town and if you truly want a chance to win your case he is your man!!

There aren't enough words to express my thankfulness to Phil for the wonderful work he did in my divorce case!! It was a LONG drawn out fiasco that lasted 1 1/2yrs and ALOT of emotional stress...Phil was very very patient and kind thru this whole ordeal! Without going into huge detail I want to exp...lain that not ALL lawyers have your best interest at heart....some of them decide "for you" what your settlement should be with the attorney for the other side and then try and "talk you into" what you should settle for....this was what happened to me PRIOR to finding Phil! Phil really listened to me...most times when I would meet with him, he would start the meeting by updating me on my case and TOGETHER we would decide what our next action should be. He was thoughtful, and considerate...he truly gave me a voice and my opinion mattered!! I had gone thru two lawyers before finding Phil...it was a nightmare to say the least...and the sad part is that you learn as you go...never having gone thru ANYTHING needing an atty I "didn't know what I didn't know"...until it was too late! Luckily I was referred to Phil and consulted with him, from the beginning I liked him and mainly the reason was he asked very specific questions, got all of the details, kept track of data w/spreadsheets...was so prepared that I knew if this ended up at trial he would be on top of everything! We did not end up in trial...three days prior we settled..and it was only because of Phil that I made out with anything close to what I feel I deserved!
