I have practice law for 37 years. I have a broad general civil litigation practice. The law firm has existed continuously for 105 years, started by my grandfather. I do not advertise as most of my clientele is from former clients or referrals. I attempt to communicate with my clients without using legal mumbo jumbo and I want them to understand options so that a knowing decision as to the course to take is made.

This guy is over the hill!
I hired this guy for my divorce. Big mistake! He's a big chicken! The opposing attorney was also a judge in the family court system, and Mr. Lynch (and myself) got eaten alive. I ended up hiring a new attorney, who is far more skilled at family law. But, we are still trying to overcome the advic...

Nice guys finish last
I hired him to represent me. He talks a good game but when the time came for him to help me and advise me he rolled over for the other side. Very disappointing. Not aggressive enough to get the job done.

Replied last October 27, 2014This lady went to a mediation with family members. Not only did she speak with them and with me, she also spoke with the mediator, a retired judge, at length. She stated she understood what was being propose and agreed to it and signed off. A few days later, sour grapes. She received more than any trial court would have given her. NJL
