Jonathan Swartz is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate attorney. His slogan, "Practicing Law with Compassion" is very fitting for the type of service I have witnessed from this firm over the years. Jonathan is not one of those lawyers who practices law for the money. He does it so he can h...elp people overcome difficult situations in their lives by navigating the complicated legal system and helping them reach amicable resolutions as often as possible. Jonathan makes every effort to settle issues out of court. I have read the review by the person who says Jonathan has no integrity and I wholeheartedly disagree. It is possible that there was a human error or delay in getting that person's refund but I can state with certainty that it was not because of any lack of integrity or good business sense. People aren't perfect and making a mistake doesn't mean someone lack's integrity. I wonder if the person who posted that review has ever made a mistake? If so, does he or she lack integrity? I doubt it. My experience with Mr. Swartz and his entire staff is that they are competent, compassionate and eager to help people in need and I highly recommend their services to anyone I know who is need of legal representation.
