I don’t think I can fully explain my appreciation for what I see as an answer to my prayers. You never think it’s going to be you, until it is. Taken in one night. My home, my children, my dignity. I called almost every firm in town. When I heard Jennifer’s voice and explained my situation, she knew... we were facing an uphill battle. So many hurtles were ahead of me, but she believed in me. She’s a sight to see in action. Passionate and tenacious. I told myself, if I just tell the truth, she’ll take care of the rest and she did. She always told me it would be alright, even when I felt like everything would crumble. Jennifer is very direct, but also showed kindness, soothing me in my times of distress. Which is very helpful if you’re recovering from trauma. Her paralegal, Robin, was responsive when needed and always emotionally reassuring to me as well. They work quickly and if they need you, you’ll know. After over two decades with the man I married, I didn’t think I’d be able to go on. Jennifer told me it was time before I was ready to let go. She told my brain what my heart couldn’t accept. She is the logic that was needed. If you listen to her advice and have pure intentions, things will likely go your way. I have a whole new chapter of life to live now and see that a broken heart can love again. You can be happy again. I have never known such fear but I have never known such gratitude. I will be forever grateful.

I feel really lucky that Smith Law Group represented me. I have heard so may horror stories related to friends of mine going through a divorce and not having a good attorney. I can only add to the positive things others have said. It's all true. Like so many others, my situation was painful, sad, and required immediate intervention. I was referred to Jennifer by a friend, and she was everything I'd been told. She not only planned and executed a flawless legal strategy, in...cluding implementation of the resultant orders, she helped me avoid mistakes in related matters that may have undermined my case. She'll give you the unvarnished truth, and is very clear with her instructions, but it is always tempered with her humanity. Honestly, I don't know how she does it. Because as importantly, and don't underestimate this, she and her paralegal Robin often held my hand through the process, and at times that was what was needed most, reassurance that we were on the right track and things were going as they ought. Again, do not underestimate this, because unless you've been through something similar, it can be hard to relate to just how difficult and emotionally trying a situation can be, and how alone and isolated and desperate you feel. It dominates your life and thinking. Not once did I make a call or send an email that wasn't returned in fairly short order. And every time we spoke I felt like she had all the time needed for me. Even after all was said and done, when the situation changed , she helped me. The situation is still sad and painful in ways, but everyone is in a much better place now. I am forever grateful and indebted to Jennifer and Robin. They're the real deal, and have my unqualified endorsement.

Jennifer is passionate about her practice. Her team works around the clock to best serve clients. I had so many questions about Jennifer answered every single one of them. She cares about what she does and who she works with/for. She treats everyone with respect, tells the truth, and hears you out. S...he has patience and explains the process to her clients. Jennifer was a blessing in my divorce. She handled my divorce so well that it took a lot of stress off of me during the process.
