This office neglected our case for one full year, and when we finally complained, our case was picked up by Mr. Rolland. We liked the guy. He did his best, though the settlement was very small. Now comes the hard part. Getting the L&I check each month. The pension check is mailed to his office ...and he takes his cut. The rest of the check used to arrive in a timely manner, but has begun to arrive later and later. This month, so far it is a full 10 days late. They understand that this creates a hardship for a person living on a fixed income but refuse to work with us an a direct deposit, due to office policy. Our bank routinely works with such pension arrangements; it is this office that will not work with us on this. Every month is stress and anxiety. I am in the process of trying to figure out who to contact, if anyone, who can force them to help us with this. As of today, we had to cancel a service, scheduled three weeks ago, because the check has not arrived. Once your case is closed, they don't seem to care at all.

I was at my wits end with my worker's comp case. I really felt as though Labor and Industries were just jerking my chain. Mr. Rolland put an end to that right away. I was amazed at the way L&I responded once I hired his office. His staff was helpful and pleasant. I typically got calls returned i...n prompt manner and was satisfied with the way his office handled my claim overall.

Mr Rolland represented my husband in a most difficult workers comp case. My husband is hispanic and with English being a second language, as well as having no knowledge of workers comp laws/rules, was being abused by a system full of incompetent claims managers and vocational counselors with the sin...gular goal of making a lot of money at the system's expense. Mr Rolland put an immediate stop to the abuse by the voc counselor and treated my husband with caring as well as giving my husband back his dignity.

He is obviously on his way out the door. He treats his clients as though he is retiring tomorrow and could care less if you refer him or not. His office is filled with a combination of crazy and lazy. I have on several occasions been stuck on the phone with someone who rambled aimlessly to the poi...nt where, I forgot why I called and just wanted to get off of the phone. The flipside is that when I did talk with his staff, nothing would be done. They intentionally do not pursue your time loss checks for several weeks so that they can take 30% of a much larger check In the mean time, you cant call the insurance company because you signed and agreement and you have no money to pay bills. I went for 6 months without insurance before they pursued those funds even though I notified them BEFORE it was even cancelled. I just went 10 weeks without a check when it was literally a 5 minute phone call! Needless to say, they are no longer representing me and if I were you, I would not hire them as well!
