Robert David Benjamin Edwards

Benjamin Edwards was admitted to the Washington Bar in May 2011, the Ohio Bar in November 2000 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 2005. His areas of practice include transportation, traffic, real estate, business, and employment law. Ben focuses on helping clients build and maintain the resources they need to stay in business. For the past ten years, Ben has represented thousands of commercial and passenger-car licensed drivers in traffic court, obtaining reductions and dismissals of violations in the vast majority of cases. In addition to extensive experience in traffic law, Ben works with trucking companies to ensure compliance with state and federal transportation safety regulations, the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA), the International Registration Plan (IRP), fuel tax and apportioned registration audits, worker's compensation claims, and unemployment compensation cases, as well as business contracts, real estate, employment, and collections. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. Ben and his wife Jennifer have two children, Colin and Owen. His interests include cycling, homebrewing, travel, and hiking.
