Seifert Law Offices is a five person immigration law firm. We help people understand what are the realistic immigration options available. We provide services primarily to families, but also to the businesses who might employ immigrants as they work their way through the immigration system in the U.S. Please note: We do not do employment based immigrant or non-immigrant visas.
People might apply for green cards, or for deferred action (DACA) or for U.S. Citizenship visa naturalization -- we assist in all stages of the various processes.

Lisa really dropped the ball. My wife went for her interview in Juarez, Mexico, and the first thing they asked for was her wavier. Lisa neglect to give Margarita the wavier that we had to show. Replied last January 3, 2018Thanks, Elizabeth. It was a difficult case with lots of criminal history. We thought that the 601A waiver was about 60% possible, and once we got that approved, smooth sailing on the rest of the process, including all the Ciudad Juarez steps.
