Rose worked for me and separately for my disabled son. She's honest...brutally honest...a trait I like. She will fight for you and doesn't get caught up in opposing party's/attorney's games. She saw right through the games my ex was playing and got charges dropped. She's much better than the attorney... I used for my divorce...wish I would have switched. I am going to be retaining her for future matters with my ex.

Rose Eberhart became the answer to my prayers as she helped me through the most difficult part of my life: a nasty divorce w/ children. From the start, she was brutally honest and sincere which was something that I was searching for. She told me that being a man in the state of WA was definitely go...ing to be an uphill battle from the start. Boy was she right! At first, the court awarded everything to the ex; majority custody of the kids (they were only allowed to sleep over at my place about 4 days out of the month), the only vehicle I had which I used to go to work, the house that I rented even though the ex moved out to live with her parents and boyfriend, over $2k in child support per month, and about $1755 in Spousal Maintenance per month. All this when I only worked for $17 an hour! Whoever said that the WA divorce court system was fair to men obviously didn't go through a divorce here! I could not survive with this rediculous court order! But Rose fought tirelessly for me w/ her impressive court brilliance and assured me that everything was going to be okay. She always replied when I needed her or had any questions via email or phone call. She even consulted me on situations involving my ex's boyfriend who always harassed me when I saw him as I picked up the kids. She basically made sure that I didnt do anything to jeopardize my time with the children. She put things into perspective and gave me a fighting chance in court. She definitely cares for her people! About 14 months later after the initial hire, I NOW get to see my kids every week with a better Parenting Plan. I can afford to sustain my own household while I pay a lower child support. And all the family debt and assets were divided fairly between both parties. My ex made it very difficult in and out of court because she wanted it all while Rose made it easier and bearable. Although she knew that my case was going to be tough, she made her services available to me with an affordable rate. God bless this woman for the person she is! She was my angel during my time of need and I can never thank her enough! My parents, my children, and I greatly appreciate everything she had done for our family.

Rose is awesome. She was very prompt in responding to my calls and questions. She explained everything I needed to know and cut out all the bs. She was willing to work with my financial situation and was very reasonable when I needed less helo than I initially thought. I would definitely see her agai...n, but I really hope I won't have to.
