I have used Mr. Cena for my divorce as well as for litigation of intent to relocate with children, child support, and a parenting plan. Mr. Cena's knowledge of family law is impeccable. The divorce went smoothly and I got everything I wanted. He has been available and attentive to my needs, wants, an...d concerns as his client. After my divorce, I decided I would like to move and Mr. Cena filed my intent to relocate, which my ex objected to and was ruthless and malicious in his moves to negate it. Mr. Cena was level-headed honest and worked diligently through out the entire process. I was allowed to relocate with my children. Mr. Cena is a lawyer who practices with tact and professionalism. He also takes a stand for his clients and makes time for his clients. I am still working with Mr. Cena as tumultuous events arise sporadically with my ex and I feel comfortable and worry very little knowing Mr. Cena is working for me and my family. I recommend him highly and cannot express how much he has done for my family!

One goes into a divorce scared, hurt and angry. Tom made it very clear that he understood my priorities. That being, my children and that I wanted to be able to stay home with them for as long as possible. He even was able to call in some other amazing specialists. Ones that worked with the kids and ...with my ex and I on finances. He understood that I did want to be fair. I was not out for blood. He is a very ethical. Made sure the other side knew what we were asking and why. Never inflammatory, but made darn sure the other side knew when we would not back down. I would recommend him highly. In the end. Got what I needed. Done as quickly as possible. Not dragging it out for the sake of dragging it out. He has a wonderful office staff as well. *side note* his sense of humor really helps break the tension in an awkward situation.
