Michael Henry Scholl

Mr. Scholl wrote a letter in my behalf over 20 years ago that got my manager at the time to return wages she had improperly taken out of my paycheck. Before she received this letter, she got one of her male friends to represent her as her "attorney". By sheer coincidence, Mr. Scholl recognized thi...s guy (because of his unique name) as someone who also went to the same LDS Mormon church he went to. Mr. Scholl explained to me this "attorney" did go to law school but was not a licensed attorney at the time. He assured me he would talk to this guy. After that conversation, this "attorney" never bothered me again. However, this month in May 2015, I discover it's considered a misdemeanor crime to present yourself as an attorney if you are not actually licensed to practice law. I have no idea if Mr. Scholl ever reported his fellow church friend for that crime.

I found Mr. Scholll from an internet search. After an initial email, I hired him as my lawyer. There was an honesty and reliablility from him right away. I had my first consultation and felt extrmemly comfortable with him and his staff. He knew exactly what I wanted out of my divorce and told me that... he would do all he could to get that outcome.
