this attorney was part of a bankruptcy firm I went to after I was divorced in 2012. One of my main concerns was what I was court ordered to pay my ex. I asked this attorney if I declared chapter 7 if it would discharge all debt and she assured me it would. However I found out now that it never dis...charged debts owed during dissolution, so ironically it discharged a debt I had been paying on but not the ex and so now I am facing even more financial and dissolution hurdles.
