I will start this off with, I HATE ATTORNEYS!! HOWEVER, amidst the very high probable 97% of the Money suckers out there I could have gotten stuck with, I had the privilege of being referred to Mr. Wes McLaughlin’s office here in Tacoma Washington. I have come to know Mr. McLaughlin over the period ...of the last four years. A drunk driver caused irreparable damage when he not only totaled my vehicle, but devastated my physical ability to work, play with my children, and the list goes on and on. Not only did he harm my children, wife, and ability to provide income for my family, The other driver had No License and No Insurance. Mr. McLaughlin took on my case with No Cost to me up front, and over time forced what should have been my own Insurance Company’s first response, which would have been to satisfy the claim in a reasonable manner. However we all know that Insurance Companies, regardless if you have paid your premium consistently and on-time for the last 20 years, are more worried about what they can make from you, the public in the here and now. You would think the Insurance Company, grateful for your monthly premium payment would be timely as well…. Right???? We as Insurance Company Clients fulfill our end of the agreement to pay our premium. Mr. McLaughlin and his team went to bat forcing them to play fair to cover the tens of thousands in mounting medical costs through my Uninsured Motorist Policy. Something I Paid for!! Insurance creed: Profits first, injured client second to none. Mr. McLaughlin and his Team, took on my Insurance Company and laid the groundwork preparing the case, as the years passed during a very slow and limited recovery, of which I will never fully recover due to the injuries sustained triggering degenerative disc complications, Mr. McLaughlin and his team continued to tighten the case and force the Insurance Company to be more reasonable, than the standard Insurance Company Policy of “Too bad so sad”. Without Mr. McLaughlin and his skilled Team I don’t believe that I would have received even close to the minimum that Insurance companies routinely offer in hopes that they can entice, and then bully claimants to quietly walk, or roll away. Mr. McLaughlin’s dedication, and that of his team, though long awaited, secured, and forced settlement from the Insurance Company that was an above average settlement. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. McLaughlin and his team as they are efficient, and when challenged, are not afraid to back down from The Big Insurance Companies, all the while, providing top notch Clientele service.
