Never disappointed

I used Mr. Feldman twice for traffic tickets and never disappoint me. First time Feb 2018 for speeding and he just dismissed my red lights ticket today at court. Mr. Feldman is the best on his field, straight forward and charge reasonable fee for his expertise. I would recommend Mr. Feldman to anyone who needs help in these type of cases.

DUI

I was facing a DUI charge that would cost me my job. I was completely terrified and full of anxiety about the future. After only a few minutes of speaking with Mr Feldman, he had put my mind at ease. Amazing, Intelligent, Personable, And Punctual

A friend referred me to Jim and I can't thank that friend enough. After meeting with Jim I knew he would going to be lawyer for my DUI. He always kept me up to date and reminded me of my upcoming court dates. He also advised I do things pro-actively and I feel that made a huge difference in my sentencing. He made sure I was aware of all the possibilities and outcomes of my case and never left anything "in the dark". Very upfront which in these situations is appreciated. Very punctual he was NEVER late for a court date. I appreciate him going over everything with me in detail and if I had any questions he had no problems explaining things to me. Life-saving career-saving legal representation

BRILLIANT ATTORNEY!!!

We hired James Feldman to help with my sons 3rd DUI case after a recommendation from another attorney. James was honest and upfront about everything, never offering false hope or making the situation look hopeless. He very clear in his explanation of what to expect, what should be done in the interim, and what our goal was. There was never any guesswork and if we had questions, he was always quick to return emails and phone calls. During the court dates, it was apparent that James is highly respected by his peers and judges alike. When he talks, they listen. I couldn't have been happier with the representation that James offered. The outcome was the best that we could hope for and the violation that my son faced ended better than we had expected. This man is an excellent choice!

Mr. Feldman is very approachable and personable while also being very professional. Unfortunately, I had the experience of getting two tickets within a couple of weeks. One was totally legitimate while the other gave me reason to question why the officer pulled me over. Mr. Feldman was immediately responsive to any inquiries I made about my cases with statements such as "I'll take care of it." I'm a very active person who is always on the go, and Mr. Feldman took the time, money, gas, rearrangements in schedule, and plain hassle it would've taken me to deal with these tickets off my usually full plate of things to do. He is very affordable as the lawyer in the area with the lowest fee I found in my pretty extensive search. In my opinion, Mr. Feldman is a great choice for your representation, and comes with my highest recommendation.

A Run in with The Law

In Januray, I had run in with the law.I was pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign. Come to find out my license was suspended! yikes! I was arrested and did not know what my next step should be. Luckily I had worked with Mr. Feldman in the past, so I knew exactly who to call! James took on my case with no hesitation. Instantly, I felt I had made the right choice and I was in good hands.

Professional services with a personal touch

I was referred to James Feldman through a friend. In spring of 2013 I was involved a complicated driving infraction in Lakewood WA that would have jeopardized my position in my career. When I researched my options on obtaining legal counsel it became very cumbersome. In most instances the legal offices I met with were looking to make a deal in court right away rather than defend my rights and treated me as if I was guilty. I had never been in trouble before and typically follow the rules in my daily life. I wanted to thank James for making time to meet with me on days I was not working to go over the case. He explained my options and what outcomes I could expect if I followed his advice. He was always on time to all the scheduled hearings for my case and had very thorough communication with me every step of the way. His attention to detail was extremely appreciated and the outcome of my case was better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend anyone facing criminal charges or any other legal issues to use James Feldman. Thank you for helping me with this potentially life altering issue.
