James Barry Feldman

I used Mr. Feldman twice for traffic tickets and never disappoint me. First time Feb 2018 for speeding and he just dismissed my red lights ticket today at court. Mr. Feldman is the best on his field, straight forward and charge reasonable fee for his expertise. I would recommend Mr. Feldman to anyone... who needs help in these type of cases.

The WA RCW on this matter is less than 1 page long, but Mr Feldman completely misunderstood it!! He said he could do the job, so I gave him $3000 plus filing fees.... 12 years ago, I did jail time instead of expensive classes. Feldman made me go back and do that class; 1 per week for 14 weeks. Mo...re money and time wasted! At the very end, the judge tells us it's 10 years from my MOST RECENT charge (marijuana), NOT 5 years. It's so simple, I don't know how a $3000 attorney could miss that! James was constantly complaining about my case sitting in his file cabinet. Complaining about having to email the prosecutor. He was short on the phone, never said "bye", just hung up when he was done talking. A week before going to the judge, he offered to refund $1500 and give up on me! After learning his mistake, he would only refund $250 for filing fees.

I was facing a DUI charge that would cost me my job. I was completely terrified and full of anxiety about the future. After only a few minutes of speaking with Mr Feldman, he had put my mind at ease.
