My wife and I found ourselves in seperate scenarios, both injured by the negligence of others on the dangerous roads of Washington State. We did our best, to protect our interests, repair our cars, and heal our bodies, but found it nearly impossible to compete with the big business interests of insurance companies. It became obvious, that their only concern was for the all-mighty bottom line. That is when I took the advice of a trusted friend, and made the most important phone call of my life. Since my accident had involved an intoxicated driver rear ending my work car at nearly 55 m.p.h., I had initially assumed the task of recovering my losses, and standing up to the heavy handed tactics of the at-faults insurance company would be much easier. Why not? The facts of the accident were un-debatable, my injuries were real, the damage to the car I was in was obvious to anyone with two eyes and a brain. Somehow, that didn't seem to matter. I found myself on the defensive, trying to fight for my rights, while, at the same time, trying to feel better from my severe neck and back injuries. That's when I made the call I would NEVER regret. Once I got Joe Sinnitt involved, everything changed. Now I was concentrating on my health, and whenever the big boys tried to lean on me, Mr. Sinnitt was my ace-in-the-hole hero. He assured me that justice would be done, when, and only when, I was feeling as close to my pre-accident self as possible. You see, his main concern at that point wasn't how to win a judgement, but that I got the hassle-free help that I needed from different modalities, to feel physically and mentally o.k. again. Once I got to that point, then he began to press the other aspects of my case. All of this was done with a very cool, calm, and pleasant demeanor, that made me feel like I was his one and only client. Needless to say, we came out on top (although with some life long, neck and back issues) and Joe got a fair and satisfactory result for me and my case.
Years later, my wife had a truck driver from Canada bully her off the road and nearly over an embankment. She called me crying and scared as the truck driver was hurtling insults at her for damaging HER CAR, and injuring her. It seems that he was very concerned ONLY with the damage to his professional driving record. As she was telling me the story of how he ran her off the road and collided with her small Acura coupe with his mega ton 18 wheeler, I simply told her to come home, and our next step would be to call Charles Joeseph Sinnitt. This time, Mr. Sinnitt was in our corner from day one, and boy did we need it. I won't go on forever with the details, but just imagine a car accident and the complications that come with it, now add the fact that it is international, with one party in the U.S., and the other in Canada. Once again, Charles Joseph Sinnitt shielded us from the drama, and won a fiercely contested case, against a deep pocket client with only their financials in mind. Both my wife and I felt that we were highly cared for, constantly informed, and well represented in both of our cases. That is why I will share my experiences with anyone who is seeking justice, from a highly qualified, honest, humble human who happens to be a personal injury attorney. That person is Charles Joseph Sinnitt.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse this lawyer. I have been a lawyer for 38 years now and I have met, opposed, or in some fashion done business with thousands of lawyers at every level and practice. Quite simply, Charles Joseph Sinnitt is without reservation the best of them all. I know lots of good lawyers, including myself, who will do a good job, and in most cases even a great job. Joe Sinnitt does superb work on every case without exception. He is organized, ethical, thorough, detailed, complete and timely on everything. Not once or twice, not here and there, but always and all the time. He does it quietly. He never toots his own horn. The only people who know the quality of work Joe does are his clients and the unfortunate lawyers who find themselves opposing him. He is the kind of lawyer, indeed the kind of person, you could trust with anything.
