DUI Lawyer

I was aresseted in Shoreline for DUI. It was a refusal case as I refused to blow into the machine. I hired Mr Stender to represent me. The case went trial as I had prior DUIs and the prosecutes don't really offer deals to people in my position. Throughout the months before trial we built a case. He w...orked aggressively with me to get every detail ironed out, explored every avenue, and seemed as involved in it all as I was. He truly invested everything he had. When the jury's verdict was read "Not Guilty" I would have screamed were I not in a court room. He did an amazing job. In short if you need a lawyer for DUI or anything else he specializes in, hire this guy!

Very helpful

Kurt was very understanding and helpful in getting me through my legal traps led and help get me in a comfortable spot to deal with my situation. I’m satisfied with the results.

Wonderful attorney

Kurt helped me with a huge mistake I made. With his knowledge he helped me serve my time out of confinement. He always treated me with respect and dignity. Although I will never need him again, I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a criminal defense attorney. Thank you Kurt!

Set the record straight.

Kurt was instrumental in allowing me to get back to pursuing my goals despite an unfortunate setback. His polite and informative expertise on legal matters are worth every dollar spent and is my go to in consultation and defense.

EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL,,!!!

I was charged with felony forgery ,, Kurt Stender made me feel like he was on my side from the very beginning,He resolved this charge with amazing knowledge of the law .... I am very thankful there is an attorney that actually cares about his clients .. I will recommend him to anyone ,,, He charged $...1000 less than the first three lawyers I contacted very reasonable and very honest ..
