Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. Obtained Juris Doctorate from Seattle University (previously the University of Puget Sound).

A bit rude
I’ve worked with Mr. Lazares on a few evictions, only one going to court. While he is knowledgeable, he was very rude to me. He interrupted and was condescending. Not exactly a ‘feel good’ when you’re paying someone $400/hr.

Great Advice!
I spoke to Mr. Lazares about my situation. He was fast and to the point. He didn't waste time. He quickly knew what my situation was, what needed addressing. My situation was somewhat complicated. I was pleased with our interactions, his advice and knowledge of the law.

Eviction of prior owners after a foreclosure sale
I purchased a foreclosure home and the former owners would not leave on their own, so I hired Danny. He has been very to the point (which is great), quick, and we're getting the eviction order from the judge. I hope to never need to evict someone again, but Danny has officially been added to my landl...

Easiest lawyer I've ever worked with, hands down.
Did a fantastic job helping us out of a difficult situation. Was very professional and prompt with all questions we had. Got what we needed done in a timely manner without any problems on our end. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs his type of assistance.
