David Allen Yando

Mr. Yando received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Siena College in Albany, New York, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. He then earned his Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.  Attorney Yando is licensed to practice in the state of Washington and has litigated in both state and federal courts. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Yando is a member of the Washington Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Tacoma Estate Planning Council.
