From my first visit with Ms. Crowley, I found her to be an attentive, genuine and authentic person. She is extremely professional but also "down to earth," with an accessible and charming personality. Her demeanor is calm and yet she is very strong in her ability to express herself and advocate for ...a clear goal or need. I appreciated her intelligence, clear communication and straightforward manner. In spite of tight deadlines beyond her control, she was diligent and prepared at all times. She responded to questions and comments in a timely manner, was patient with a very lengthy process and continually provided sound, honest advice, realistic expectations and kind support. Her knowledge of insurance companies and policies is outstanding. I am grateful for her expertise, hard work and glad to have made her acquaintance.
