I do not recommend Attorney Kevin Rundle of Envision Family Law

Client Review: Kevin Rundle, Envision Family Law I do not recommend attorney Kevin Rundle of Envision Family Law. I hired Mr. Rundle to represent me in post-divorce proceedings involving the court-ordered sale of community property after my ex-husband repeatedly resisted the sale. Based on my exper...ience, I was dissatisfied with the representation and often felt that Mr. Rundle was insufficiently prepared for hearings and dismissive of concerns I raised. The objective was straightforward: enforce the court-ordered sale. Instead, my ex-husband filed 11 motions during the proceedings, many of which I believed were repetitive. I repeatedly asked Mr. Rundle to seek stronger measures to address unnecessary filings, delay, and expense. He told me he would address the issue, but I did not see meaningful action taken. The court ultimately found my ex-husband “intransigent,” and by the time the matter was resolved, I had been charged approximately $40,000 in attorney fees. One incident particularly concerned me. Mr. Rundle obtained a document from my ex-husband labeled a “Loan Approval Letter” concerning his proposed buyout of the property. When I reviewed the document myself, I found that it stated his debt-to-income ratio exceeded 50% and that restructuring was required for the loan to proceed. Based on my reading of the document, I did not understand it to be an unconditional loan approval. In my opinion, if Mr. Rundle had carefully reviewed the document at an earlier stage, he would have recognized that the so-called “Loan Approval Letter,” as labeled by my ex-husband, contained conditions indicating that the loan was not actually approved at that time. I expected my attorney to carefully review material documents relevant to my case as part of competent and thorough representation. As a registered nurse, I was professionally required to carefully review orders before implementing them, and I expected a comparable level of attention to important documents from the attorney representing me. Identifying and presenting these loan conditions earlier could have helped resolve the proposed buyout sooner and potentially reduced additional motions, delay, and expense. As the case continued, I increasingly felt that I had to identify important arguments and prepare for hearings myself. Toward the end of the representation, my partner and I prepared my opening statements and hearing objectives, and I specifically asked Mr. Rundle to recite and present what we had prepared so that my position would be communicated effectively. I reached that point because I no longer felt confident that my strongest arguments were being clearly presented to the court. After experiencing these problems myself, I read reviews from other former clients and was struck by how closely some of their concerns resembled my own experience. That similarity reinforced my concerns about the representation I received and prompted me to write this review so that prospective clients could consider my experience before deciding whether to hire him. When I raised my concerns directly with Mr. Rundle, I did not feel they were addressed constructively. I am posting this review under my real name and describing my own experience as a former client. My comments are based on my personal experience, my understanding of the court record, billing records, and documents from my case. For a serious post-divorce property matter, I expected careful document review, strategic advocacy, and stronger efforts to protect me from unnecessary delay and expense. Instead, I felt that I had to perform too much of the work myself while paying substantial legal fees. For these reasons, I would not hire Kevin Rundle again and cannot recommend him to others.

Acts bizarre

Just don't. He doesn't read anything you send him. Then his response is nonsense.

Worst Attorney Ever!

Kevin was great at collecting your money but did little else. He didn’t return phone calls, text messages or e-mails. He wasn’t prepared at any time to represent his client and always had an excuse for not being prepared. Because of him almost everything was lost in the divorce. His famous phrase was... “don’t worry we will address that later. The problem was “later” never came. If you want to pay a lot of money and have the worst representation hire Kevin.

Kevin Rundle, I want to remind you the commissioner saw through all of your lies. It’s been two years since my ex husband hired you. It may have been just another case to you, but this was my life, my children’s lives. I want you to know your “silver bullet” method didn’t work. I genuinely hope ...you took a step back after losing my case. You made a true victim of IPV suffer so traumatically, while you tried to frame my ex as the victim. Victims don’t strangle their loved ones to the point of black out. I won because I told the truth. What you did to me, I doubt you could ever really grasp. The CPTSD you left me with, the nightmares, the fear… but I came out a survivor the other side. God was all I had after you made me homeless and he saw to it that the truth was revealed. I also want to thank you. If you hadn’t used such abusive measures, I would’ve never left him, due to his clutches on my 14 year old brain. Because that’s when he began to abuse me, as was recognized in the court. So thank you, for I have met the love of my life. A gentle caring man. My children are safe under my care and your “victim”, well, he’s been deemed a level 3 perpetrator.

Men beware of Kevin

Kevin dose not give a spit about you or your personal matters as long as he is cashing checks. I Hired Rundle to handle my D.V / divorce case. He came to the court so unprepared he hadn't even looked at the evidence. He was lost the whole time and didn't even have a defence statement ready. I pay...ed Mr Rundle 15k for a single court date and the best thing I can say is he was the best attorney I could have Hired for my ex wife. Kevin put nothing into action even worse he was defending my wife taking my children out of town to stay the night with a man at a international airport. I've read the reviews on him and if your a woman that has the easy part of the case good reviews are good but if your a man and your fight will be tougher. DO NOT HIGHER THIS MAN!!!!
