Jessica has represented me for a pair of cases I was fighting at the same time in 2008-09. Law Enforcement started coloring outside the lines in a hollow effort to make a traffic stop, hoping that it would result in a search and tie me to a separate matter but it luckily fell apart as it started to c...ome to light some of the questionable antics they used and finally after almost 9 months of waiting for court dates and whatever task force was scrambling around following me in the meantime I guess, hoping to find more missing pieces to their puzzle with me. IF they could reasonably (or not)stop me enough times to eventually catch me with something, which never happened, REGARDLESS of them charging me with a new case on account of a clear substance They Magically Found believed to be “PCP at the time of the stop” which I had ZERO history with. Unknowing to me they still had a half playable ACE in their back pocket to arrest me on suspicion of DWI because they had a special certified sheriff on duty and Tasked himself to ANY of my local traffic stops anytime he was on shift so that he could weaponize that as PC to arrest and search the car. Luckily Jessica is a Pro’s Pro with this area of law and was able to debunk both of the charges except for the DWI blood refusal I incurred during a stop. That’s an automatic suspension which I did have to pay for and a breathalyzer and SR-22 insurance. And ALmost everything else was returned and any criminal charges were dismissed. I’m aware of about 4 cases she’s worked on and all 4 included trial whether it was completed or on route to trial, Not One of the four Felony cases I’m familiar with (including mine) have wound up in a conviction for the state. And that’s just Jessica the Professional. Jessica Ritzmann the Human is arguably an even more human being that I wish Nothing but the best for her and her family. Brent D.

I am an attorney but I do not handle criminal or traffic issues. Jessica had a parking-related ticket dismissed for me at the first hearing, which was great. I didn't have to deal with it at all - just turned it over to her and it went away.
