Bryan G. Hershman

I obtained Hershman when i was being falsely accused of burglary and theft in 1st degree. The public pretender would no doubt in my mind had me sent back to prison for 5 or more years, having Brain Hershman in my corner best choice i could have ever made. Brain Hershman is the attoney u want if your ...actually innocent of the crime u are being accused of. I only became convinced of Brian legal skills once i seen him perform inside the court room. He is by far the the only man i would trust with my freedom hands down, he is willing to work with you when it comes to attoney fees, he by no means is a cheap attoney but u get what u pay for. If u are looking to be found not guilty u hire brian. If u are looking to make a deal find someone else. This man again was the only man to believe me when i told him myside of the story, this man was able to have the case dropped before we actually had to go to trial. I cant say enough good things about him, if i ever find myself in a situation like this again i will have him in my corner no matter the cost. He was able to give me my freedom when it looked like i had no way out. Thanks for everything brian hershman, u are the only lawyer i am willing to put my life on the line with.

Mr. Hershman is very polite, witty, well liked and respected by DA and Judges. He is well spoken, not real personal in dealing with a case. He is all business and really does not get into how one feels. Mr. Hershman is a great attorney. However, unless one is very well off, with plenty of funds or in... court for murder, you can find other attorney's to rep you. I really did respect him, but came away very disappointed and not agreeing. He does have another attorney in his office that appeared for him on the first day of my grandson's assault charge. This young attorney is very knowledgeable, well spoken and would be happy to hire him. Mr. Hershman is just too busy for lower cases and charges. we just did not have the funds to afford him in depth.

I have known Bryan for many years and he is a good attorney. Bryan is the attorney you will have defend you for the price you are willing to pay for. He is a good man, but he is not a fool to mess with and then complain to when you know it takes some courts and some prosecutors many months for him to... deal with. If you play in the game of breaking our laws, then you need to fully understand Bryan is as good as they come and he sees many people come through his door with a legal problem and then expect him to do his job your way and not let him do what you pay him for. He has very good attorneys in his firm who discuss your case and put your case where it best suits them to win. I have retained Bryan more times than I care to count and I feel he did a more than good defense accept for one time, when a family member pissed him off and he washed his hands of being berated and told he was not a good attorney. he is a man and an attorney. He knows the system and can and will pull a hat out of the rabbits ass if. When you find an attorney who can take a 3 time loser with numerous felonies and that person can walk from a superior court case and end up in a municipal court to plea from a class B felony to a mere Bail Forfeiture fine of $125.00, then I would say he knows his business and what can be done in a system of a state that makes a clear living for many city, county, and state employees, due to judicial matters. Bryan is and can be your way to freedom. If this man knows you are truly innocent, then he will set you free to return to your life. If you are guilty as home-made-sin(from experience) and you really need a damn good knowledgeable defense attorney with a backup table full of well experienced attorneys, then you can't buy a better way back to your family and your freedom. Believe it or not, I have had officers say,(F_ _ _ k) when I gave his name as my attorney. He has represented me for over 15 long years and if I was still in the game, I would still put my money in his hat. He will make a prosecutor do his job when some hear his name. He gets along with them, but they don't like facing this man and his team in a court arena. My recommendation to people who need defending-- pay the man for his knowledge, experience, and the people he knows, or try for one of those guys who will make a deal because trials scare them. Bryan goes either way and I really think the guy likes winning trial cases.

From the moment we initially spoke to Bryan over the telephone we knew he was the lawyer we wanted. He is very professional and knowledgeable and does not beat around the bush. He is a very dedicated lawyer and took our case very seriously the entire duration of the case which was over 7 months long.... He was always open for communication from us to include telephone calls, email, and text messages. His knowledge of the law and presentation in court were able to have 1, but 3 felony charges dismissed in court. I would recommend him to anyone. Although the financial obligation may seem a bit steep, you cannot put a price on freedom and that is exactly what he did for us. Outstanding lawyer, with great values, and determination!
