Mr. Havers started out strong. He was interested, on my side. He was just great. Then he buckled to opposing attorney. Diminished my claims, disrespected me, and threatened to drop me as a client if I did not sign the agreement. He didn't care about my feelings and ignored the facts. He was not interested in details, failed to pursue corruption in the case. He was so aware of timekeeping that I felt I could never talk. I would send endless e-mails trying to get my point across and get him on my side. He was never on my side. If you are a Landlord, then hire him, if you are a tenant, please don't. I cannot recommend Phil Havers for any tenant in need of a good attorney.

Are you looking for integrity and someone who can give you an accurate estimate of costs, and then guide the process in such a way as to stay within that estimate? Look no further! Phil Havers took our case a mere four days before the scheduled hearing and in a few hours had prepared our response and delivered it to the opposing counsel, with positive results for our case. Phil quickly got to the heart of a matter, skillfully creating word pictures to drive the facts home. He was very pleasant to deal with, and he empathized with our concerns. Do give him a call!
