Philip J Havers

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and after attending law school at the University of Notre Dame, I practiced in a large law firm in Chicago where I practiced in the commercial litigation and intellectual property sections.  During my time in Chicago, I was exposed to many different styles of attorneys.  What impressed me the most were those attorneys who not only knew the law very well, but also took the time to get to know their clients personally, and thus serve their best needs. 

Since moving back to the Northwest, I have created a practice that has a reputation for quality service and affordability.  With every client that I meet, I want to establish a long term relationship.  I understand that choosing a lawyer is a difficult decision.  Clients want to feel comfortable and confident with who they choose, so that when new problems arise, they know they have someone that they can trust to advise them.  Although many of my clients come to me initially for a specific problem, I have developed relationships with them that have developed into years of representation for all of their needs.  If I do not practice in a particular area, I have a number of referrals to other local attorneys who can.
